We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Reinforcement Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated reinforcement learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in a variety of domains such as robotics, Inventory control systems, dynamic evolution and causal inference. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning Engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to develop end-to-end reinforcement learning solutions that optimise business outcomes.

You should have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science, with experience in designing and implementing reinforcement learning algorithms and models. You should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java, and have experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. In addition, you should have experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.

As a successful candidate, you should have a strong track record of success in delivering innovative and impactful reinforcement learning solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics, with a graduate degree in a related field.
